Bio

Lesya is responsible for the management of European Union projects at SIA International. She manages relations with European donors, coordinates EU-funded projects and works to secure new funding opportunities to expand SIA’s project portfolio.

Lesya has extensive experience in project development, fundraising, and grant management. She started her career in start-up environment and further moved to the non-profit sector. Before SIA she worked in Ukraine as Grants and Partnerships manager for the local Charity Foundation Veteran Hub, contributing to the development and implementation of veteran support programs.  She has a Master degree in European Political and Governance Studies from the College of Europe.
