Bio

Marta joined the SIA International team as the Network Manager and in this capacity she is overseeing the transition of SIA communities into a decentralized multi-nodal network. Her role focuses on creating collaborative spaces for members to engage and connect as she supports Host Organizations in enhancing peer-driven learning and  facilitates co-creation of sustainable and needs-based solutions to burning questions.

She gained network weaving and facilitation experience while working with groups and members of international networks during the past 4 years. She is passionate about finding new ways to co-create as she believes in the power of connecting in the fast-paced and ever-changing world.
